This policy applies to books bought direct from Rejected Publications.
Delivery
Free UK delivery
Direct book orders include free UK delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 30 days unless a different timescale has been agreed with you.
Signed and dedicated copies may take a little longer than standard copies because they are prepared individually.
Returns
Changing your mind
Standard and signed books can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning an order.
Personalised dedication copies cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
